TASKS

COMMISSION 1

  1. Seeking, processing, and channeling the aspirations of KBM UK PETRA members to relevant parties.
  2. Conducting advocacy.
  3. Managing social media for communication and information.
  4. Informing new policies and information related to student organizations and students.
  5. Coordinating with BPH regarding MPM's external relations.
  6. Receiving Comparative Studies from other Universities.
  7. Coordinating MPM's internal and external activities.

COMMISSION 2

  1. Creating supervisory SOP / MOU with BEM.
  2. Providing suggestions and thoughts to BEM based on concrete, accountable realities, as well as to the university in relation to BEM.
  3. Supervising and attending BEM activities.
  4. Attending BEM's initial, mid, and final meetings.
  5. Supervising the implementation of UKMs under BEM's auspices.
  6. Coordinating with RnD regarding the evaluation of their activities.
  7. Supervising, researching, and re-examining BEM's LPJ/LRUK.
  8. Coordinating with BPHK BEM and WR3 regarding BEM.
